The Porch goes to School
October 23, 2018
Today, the Cure Porch on Wheels was towed to the Franklin-Essex-Hamilton BOCES Building Trades shop, where local students, lead by instructor Clarence Brockway, will gain valuable hands-on experience while applying wood siding. Our lead volunteer, a former educator, is working with the students on this project. Historic Saranac Lake would like to thank Clarence Brockway, for making this collaboration possible; Marty Rowley, for his continued work on the Porch, and Bill Madden, for towing the Porch to BOCES.
